- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Return Process
3.1 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
3.2 Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 2 business days.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

6.2 Resolution
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been processed for shipping. Once the order has been shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies.
