3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

3.2 Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 2 business days.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
