3) Post dispatching the battery through courier, plz share the courier slip-on Amazon Chat
4) Post sending the battery, you will need to send a screenshot of the courier company website with tracking to the destination address on Amazon Chat for dispatch of a fresh battery.
5) Once the battery reaches our address, we will investigate and share the fresh battery based on seller warranty guidelines.
